Injury Treatment is staffed with experienced health professionals and business graduates enabling our organisation to deliver customised, outcome-focused, and cost effective illness and injury prevention and management solutions for our customers. Each consultant consistently demonstrates real clinical and life experience in their interventions. They are extremely confident and mature and possess the right experience, ability and attitude as well as a genuine interest in delivering high quality clinical consulting services that add value for our customers.
Injury Treatment’s consultants are selected based on their life, clinical and illness and injury management consulting expertise. They are subsequently specialists in workplace physical and psychological illness and injury management and prevention.
The founders of Injury Treatment, Jeremy Keane and Brooke Taylor, have experience in the workplace illness and injury management industry dating back to 1993 and 1995 respectively. With extensive experience across multiple Australian personal injury compensation jurisdictions and markets as well as in the management of non-compensable workplace injury and illness, we have grown to understand the true meaning of quality health management consulting and understand this can only be achieved with exceptional, mature staff. A major source of advantage subsequently exists in the extensive combined industry experience of our management team and our high calibre consultants.
Our Executive Management Team
Jeremy Keane - Managing Director (B. Physio, MBA, GAICD)
Jeremy is cofounder of Injury Treatment and is primarily responsible for the Company's ongoing development and expansion as well as strategic direction. Jeremy’s clinical background boasts extensive sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience. Following his clinical career, and prior to Injury Treatment, Jeremy worked in roles incorporating medical sales, strategic marketing and business strategy. Jeremy is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Sole Director of Injury Treatment.
Brooke Taylor - Executive General Manager (B. OT)
Brooke is a cofounder of Injury Treatment. She has ultimate responsibility for the company's extensive Product/Quality and Account Management Teams. She therefore holds responsibility for Injury Treatment’s sustainable reputation and success. Brooke has been key in developing a fresh and innovative organisation which outperforms our competitors through delivering a comprehensive clinical consulting model, with an enviable product range and unique customer focus. Brooke's high energy and ability to motivate others has enabled her to attract and retain many of the industry's top performers.
Fred Cicchini - Chief Executive Officer (BA Psych)
Fred is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience in vocational, employment and return to work solutions. Fred is experienced in optimising organisational employee engagement and productivity and has developed and implemented evidence based early intervention, employee assistance programs, return to work and recruitment solutions for many of Australia's corporate elite.
Emma has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation with her background initially in large public teaching hospitals throughout London and private community physiotherapy. Emma is passionate with her work with a strong clinical background, she has a keen interest in orthopedic medicine, biomechanics, sports injuries, exercise rehabilitation and pilates.
Renee Thornton - General Manager, Customers (B. App. Sc OT)
Renee has a strong background in workplace rehabilitation as well as worker’s compensation. With strong management and organisational skills Renee has a combination of 10 years industry and clinical Occupational Therapy experience. Renee has been working with Injury Treatment for over 4 years, 2 years as a National Account Manager, General Manager, NSW and ACT and recently as the General Manager, Customers.
Amanda Lacey - General Manager Queensland (B. OT)
Prior to joining Injury Treatment in her current role, Amanda worked as a Health Advisor and Health & Safety Superintendent in the mining industry providing employer-based rehabilitation and RTW services. Amanda has spent all her professional career working in Queensland, commencing with Queensland Health, CRS then into private practice providing quality rehabilitation and workplace services to a wide variety of companies and industries ranging from city councils to explosive manufacturing and mining.
Ben Barrie - General Manager, Systems and Compliance (B. App. Sc OT)
Ben is experienced in the development and delivery of a wide variety of occupational rehabilitation services with nine years of industry specific experience. He has experience working under NSW workers compensation, Comcare systems, within the ADF rehabilitation program, TDP and CTP insurers. Ben is also WorkCover accredited as a RTW coordination trainer, a certified trainer and assessor, and has been trained in the compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management Systems. Ben's experience includes work as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, Occupational Therapy Product Specialist, work as a Team Manager and currently involves heading up the National Product Management Team.
Phillip Dilger - Executive General Manager, Customer and Strategy (B.App.Sc OT)
Phillip is an occupational therapist with over 20 years experience working within the personal injury, corporate health and disability sectors. He has undertaken roles involving technical and operational management of both service delivery teams and policy and claims management teams across Australia and has had exposure to customers and claimants in all states and jurisdictions. With a focus on ensuring innovation in services and an optimal customer experience he has successfully managed a range in industry leading interventions to achieve outcomes for all stakeholders. Phillip's experience as a senior manager brings an intimate understanding of key drivers underpinning organisational culture and the options available to insurers, employers and injured workers to improve prevention and management of injuries and illnesses in the workplace.
Bradley Forge - General Manager, VIC/TAS/SA (M.Occ.Thy.St, B.Ed Sec)
Brad has a background in occupational therapy and education, with over a decade of experience across injury management, employment services and insurance. Brad has significant experience in providing improved health outcomes for customers of all sizes and types by developing an intimate understanding of individual customer requirements. With his background in education, Brad has proved highly effective in growing and developing teams that understand and meet the requirements of our customers.
Erin Rowlatt - National Account Manager (B.Arts Psych P.G.D Rehab Counselling)
Erin has assisted injured workers find new employment for over 25 years and has coached numerous rehabilitation consultants in how to achieve positive RTW results in this challenging area of workers compensation. Erin has also been instrumental in developing, shaping and refining Injury Treatment’s new employer product to meet relevant jurisdictional requirements while maintaining a strong focus on RTW placement. In additional to her 14 years in occupational rehabilitation, Erin has also worked in injury management with a NSW Work Cover agent and with a federal government agency, so understands well the drivers for all key stakeholders in the workers compensation arena. Erin’s current role involves utilising her technical knowledge and passion for RTW to manage all aspects of Injury Treatment’s relationship with some of our largest customers, to ensure that we are exceeding expectations in our service delivery and fully compliant with all aspects of the relevant SLA.
Chris Rabba - Chief Operations Manager, Corporate Direct Services (B.App.Sc)
Chris Rabba is synonymous with the workplace wellness industry in Australia boasting 26 years' experience. He was founder and Managing Director of Peak Health Management, one of Australia's leading workplace health companies which was acquired by Bupa where Chris was subsequently appointed General Manager of Bupa Wellness. Chris was also CEO of the workplace wellness industry body (Workplace Health Association of Australia) and a long time serving member of the executive team. Chris is a regular advisor to government agencies and academic institutions regarding the corporate health agenda and a prominent media commentator for the industry. As an accredited exercise physiologist, Chris has also had vast experience in the fitness industry at all levels including design and management of health club facilities and representing Australia in Martial Arts internationally.
Judy Jankovics - Training and Corporate Health Manager (B.App.Sc. Physio, G.D.P Clin.Sc. Lifestyle Medicine)
Judy is a registered physiotherapist with over 15 years experience in all aspects of occupational health and rehabilitation. Judy worked as a private practitioner for 18 years prior to commencing work as a rehabilitation consultant developing expertise in managing clients with multiple barriers to return to work. She quickly moved into a senior management role, working with employers to reduce their injuries through innovative preventative strategies and now heads up the Training and Corporate Health division of Injury Treatment. Judy has a particular interest in health and wellbeing, having completed her Graduate Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine. She is passionate about encouraging the adoption of a healthy lifestyle and has incorporated her industry experience and knowledge of workplaces to develop tailored workplace health and wellbeing initiatives. She has many years experience in manual handling, ergonomic and functional education training and is a dynamic public speaker and motivator.
