Over the last quarter, ITPL has welcomed new senior staff to their leadership team.
Annette Niven joins Injury Treatment as General Manager of Customers. Annette is a tenured Senior Executive and Human Resource professional with over twenty years of experience in senior leadership roles in the human services, human resources and talent acquisition sectors. Annette has been instrumental in creating large scale, sustainable, human resource solutions and flexible workforce solutions within the professional HR services industry, for some of Australia’s most prominent Government entities, blue chip corporates and prestigious SME’s.
Annette’s disciplines are varied and relate to sustainable workforce solutions including but not limited to Industrial Relations, Work Health & Safety, Early Intervention and Illness and Injury Prevention and Management.
Annette brings to Injury Treatment a strong capability in the management of large, senior account management, sales and marketing teams as well as extensive experience in the design and implementation of successful account management models resulting in strong customer satisfaction and retention.
Leigh Conway is a Western Australian local with well over six years’ of clinical experience managing complex musculoskeletal injuries prior to entering the Occupational Rehabilitation sector. The clinical acumen Leigh developed in the allied health space ensured a seamless transition to Occupational Rehabilitation after commencing with ITPL. Leigh joined the organisation in the NSW team and achieved outstanding return to work outcomes in both the metro and regional caseloads he was responsible for. During this time Leigh learnt of the proclivities of delivering best practice rehabilitation in regional and remote areas as well as a mastery of RTW Case Management, functional and ergonomic assessments.
Leigh gained some valuable insight into health administration during a sabbatical to the UK and recommenced at ITPL as the W.A Team Manager. In this capacity Leigh is instrumental in delivering the ITPL Vision and service values to customers in the WA market and in guiding the growth of the talent of our team. Leigh knows firsthand what it takes to achieve customer outcomes in same employer case management, early intervention assessments, Optimise physiotherapy treatment services, and workplace assessments.
Jason Vella joined Injury Treatment in early February 2016 as the Psychological Services Manager and will be instrumental in the management of Psychological Services at ITPL.
Jason is a registered Psychologist with a distinguished career of nearly a decade in occupational rehabilitation. Jason stepped out of occupational rehabilitation nearly a decade ago to commence a role in the human services and employment services sector where he advanced from Senior Psychologist to Team Manager, State Manager and went on to become the General Manager of Maximus Solutions. Jason has been both directly and indirectly responsible for approximately 150 Psychologists across the country providing Return to employment services, corporate health, clinical treatment, Vocational Rehabilitation and EAP services.
